The pond embankment appeared to be stable. The primary discharge pipe <br />gated valve was closed and there was no blockage of the emergency spillway. The collection ditch leading into the <br />sediment pond had sufficient capacity. <br />The hillside spring water treatment pond was discharging at about 10 to 15 gpm. The discharge was orange in <br />color, which has been found to be in compliance with water quality standards. The water level in the treatment <br />pond was about 8 inches below the horizontal pipe. The temperature of the hillside spring water at a point about 8 <br />feet from the spring's origin in the hillside was 101 degrees Fahrenheit. The spring was flowing in its constructed <br />ditch and culvert leading to the treatment pond. <br />The riverside berm was in place and had sufficient height.
