("Cotter") received on August 26, 2010, containing the results of a July 28, <br />2010 stream sampling event conducted at monitoring stations SW-AWD and SW-BPL. Monthly <br />monitoring and reporting requirements for these "upstream" and "downstream" stations are <br />specified in paragraph 26 of the above referenced Notice of Violation/Cease and Desist Order <br />("Paragraph 26").
