This letter is in response to that correspondence. <br />At this time, we have not had sufficient notification. of the above referenced proposed applications in <br />order to obtain copies of the documents and assess any potential impacts on the Bureau of Reclamation <br />facilities and interests. <br />Therefore, we are requesting a 60 day extension before a final decision on TR-68 is rendered; and <br />additionally, request a 90 day extension for the submittal of comments pertaining to the PR-12 <br />application. <br />As Reclamation has a significant interest and responsibility in overseeing the water facilities of the Fire <br />Mountain Canal, we ask you to continue to keep us informed regarding this request and any future <br />requests, revisions and correspondence submitted by Bowie Resources, LLC, including all attachments <br />and responses from your agency. In addition, we ask that sufficient time be provided in order to obtain <br />and review the necessary documents. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
