I'll try to get his e-mail address
from the Meeker DOW office today to at least give him a heads up and see if and when he has some availability. Maybe
you'll have better luck than I if you make an attempt as well. I've gotten most of the requested write up completed, but
there are some specifics central to the issue that I've mentioned earlier we all need to come to final agreement on before I
send it out. We all want to come to a resolution on this. Not to try to dictate your inspection schedule to you but it would
be really helpful to us if we could try to shoot for the week of the 27'th for a possible pow-wow so we can try to get some
items off our plate (TR-81, reclamation work, ditch re-work, full week third-part audit September 13-17, I'm out of the office
on the 20'th, Gili out of the office from September 9-23, Moyer out of the office from September 13-24, Guptill out of the
office from September 13-17, etc.). Once we come to an agreement on all the outstanding issues I should be able to
incorporate any changes in a couple of days and get it to you. Please let me know if this sounds reasonable to you, I
believe we talked about a goal of resolving this within 2 months of our meeting last Friday, which definitely should be
achievable. Not trying to avoid the issue by any means, just trying to fit as much through the firehose as I can at once. If
you agree with this, would it be more appropriate to request a 45 day extension to October 15, 2010? At any rate, let me
know.
Thanks again.
Kurt
Kurtis R. Where is Colowyo on submitting
their responses for this revision? Were you able to get in touch with Ed Winters regarding the information you sent
DOW for their input? When does Colowyo plan to submit their responses to the Division?
Will you please request a 31-day decision extension request (until 4 October 2010). Thanks.
