Pineda <br />, <br />5731 State Highway 13 Director <br />Meeker, CO 81641 <br />Re: Colowyo Mine C-1981-019 <br />Decision Extension - Technical Revision 84 <br />Dear Mr. Blunt: <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has received the <br />Colowyo Coal Company, LP's (Colowyo) request for an extension of the proposed <br />decision date for Technical Revision 84 from 3 September 2010 to 15 October 2010. The <br />extension is necessary to allow for additional time for Colowyo to meet with the Division <br />and DOW and to prepare their adequacy responses and the Division to review them.
