Pineda <br />1475 Pine Grove Road, Suite 201A Director <br />Steamboat Springs, CO 80487-8803 <br />RE: Edna Strip Mine (Permit No. C-1980-001) <br />Bond Release Application No. 11 (SL-11) <br />Dear Ms. Jazwick: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety will be conducting a follow-up bond release inspection <br />on the bond release blocks previously identified as areas of concern at the Edna Strip Mine. The <br />inspection will occur on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, at 9:00 am. If you wish to attend this follow - <br />up inspection, please contact me for specific details. <br />Previous bond release inspections were conducted on July 20, 2009, and August 24, 2009.
