I focused on the south east part of the permit boundary that will <br />be the limit of the Seneca II Mine permit, upon approval of Permit Revision 2. The Sage Creek Mine permit was <br />issued on August 20, 2010 so the majority of the Seneca II permit will be transferred to that permit. <br />Reclamation is well along across the permit area and no problems were noted. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br />Several of the stockponds contain water. Pond 8 looks full. The V- ditches and permanent channel appear <br />to be functioning properly. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15 <br />Cattle were scattered and grazing on the southern end of the permit boundary.
