Western Fuels-Colorado, LLC. hereby requests a further extension <br />to the proposed decision deadline until close of business on Friday, October 1, <br />2010. WFC also requests release from DRMS to continue limited operations in <br />the Morgan prime farmland areas including the ability to strip Bench 1 overburden <br />in the areas from which A and B lift topsoil have previously been removed, the <br />ability to rough grade Bench 1 overburden on the spoil side and the ability to <br />stockpile Bench 1 overburden on the spoil side as well as to be able to drill and <br />blast Bench 2 and inner-burden and to mine coal. Furthermore, we request release <br />to resume A and B topsoil stripping on Morgan's no later than October 18, 2010. <br />TR-57, PR-05 and steps committed to so far in the multitude of PR-06 submittals <br />more than adequately protect the prime farmland resource. The ability to take <br />these steps will enable the mining operation to continue uninterrupted while <br />DRMS continues its review of PR-06 and the prime farmland resource will <br />continue to be protected. <br />Yours truly, <br />I At, ?, R.
