The <br />information included herein is for the calendar year 2009. <br />General Summary of Operations: <br />The filling of Parcel A has gone according to plan. Clean inert materials were placed on <br />a daily basis and no stockpiles of materials were generated. There have been no incidents <br />of significance and the operations have gone well. <br />Volume of Materials Placed: <br />The volume of materials placed during the calendar year 2009 is 75,229 cubic yards. <br />Testing and Monitoring Reports: <br />Two analytical tests were done in 2009. On July 23, 2009 a sample of a soil load that <br />was suspicious based upon its odors was analyzed for Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons <br />(TPH) using EPA Method 8015M and no detections were identified. On August 17, 2009 <br />samples of the lake water were taken from the south-west and north-east of the fill area <br />and tested for volatile organic hydrocarbons using EPA Method 8260B and no <br />compounds were found. Both tests are attached to this report. No other monitoring <br />reports were completed in 2009. <br />Reports and Documents Filed with Governmental Agencies: <br />There were no reports filed with governmental agencies in 2009.
