Supply a notarized letter, on utility letterhead, from the owner(s) of the utility that the mining and reclamation <br />activities, as proposed, will have "no negative effect" on their utility for the following structures: <br />a. Electric line and poles (Holy Cross Energy) <br />b. Gas flowline and meter (Rocky Mountain Natural Gas Company) <br />c. Telephone Line (Qwest Corporation) <br />As noted above, the decision deadline for the Cerise Mine application is November 25, 2010. On November 25, 2010 <br />DRMS will issue a decision to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the application. Therefore, please respond to <br />these adequacy issues in a timely manner, by November 22, to ensure ample time for DRMS to complete the review <br />process and render a favorable decision.
