5. Narrative in subsection 3.0 regarding Irrigated Cropland —Small Grain parcels was revised as

5A. The Division requested a supplemental pre - disturbance color aerial photo for areas SE of the
2700 /BB intersection. WFC responded that no such photo could be found. Item Resolved

9. The Division requested clarification regarding layout of the three pre - disturbance fields on the
Morgan property in the permit area, which were baled in 1999, with field production reported in
Table 2.04.10 -18. The information was provided in a sketch exhibit added to (and included as a

10A. The Division requested revision to correct acreage discrepancies between Table 2.04.10 -33 and
Map 2.04.10. WFC cover letter indicates that table was amended to match Map 2.04.10. The
Division review indicates remaining discrepancies between Table 2.04.10 -33 acreages and the
acreages listed on Map tables 2.04.10 and 2.04.10 -1, for IC, IP, and D, land status types. Table
2.04.10 -33 values for IC, IP, and D are 108.11, 271.84, and 18.34, respectively. Acreage listed
on the Map tables 2.04.10 and 2.04.10 -1 for the corresponding types are 98.15, 281.78, and
18.36, respectively. Based on the permit area Morgan property IC acreage listed in other sections
of the application, and close review of the IC map parcel acreages, it would appear that the Table
2.04.10 -33 values more accurately reflect the correct acreages than the acreages listed on the
map tables, although there is a minor discrepancy (108.11 acres on the map vs. 107.96 acres in
various narrative sections for the Morgan property IC lands). In addition to the previously noted
