In <br />accordance with the Division's approach this issue, as stated in Mr. Berry's August 20, 2010 <br />letter, please provide the Division with the status of ongoing discussions between Morgan <br />property representatives and WFC regarding previous soil resource issues. <br />This concludes the Division's fifth adequacy review of the PR -06 application. An extension to the <br />Decision deadline (currently August 31, 2010) will be necessary to complete the review process. The <br />Division hereby requests that WFC submit a request for extension of the Decision deadline.
