Eagle Park Reservoir, Cyprus Climax Metals, <br /> Climax, Eagle County, 00 <br /> OBSERVATICVS <br /> We visited the site to pick up samples of the flow fill placed on December 20. <br /> Larry Miller of ASI/RCC, Inc. , indicated that the tent around the inlet structure would not be heated after <br /> Saturday, 12/23/95. We observed that insulating blankets adequately covered the structure and that heat was being <br /> put into the pipe from both ends.
