Pineda <br />Fort Collins, CO 80528 Director <br />RE: Glass Pit; DRMS File No. M-1981-022; Receipt of Corrective Action Documentation <br />Dear Mr. Warren, <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your above referenced <br />response in regard to Compliance Problem 1 and 3 identified in the report of the inspection that <br />was conducted on July 28, 2010. The status of the corrective actions reported by Connell <br />Resources, Inc. in regard to these problems is as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Trash and refuse was present on the site. <br />This problem has been abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographic <br />documentation of the removal of the refuse. <br />Compliance Problem 3: Russian olive trees were present around the pond. <br />This problem has been abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of photographic <br />documentation of the removal of the Russian olive trees. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 866-3567 x8116. <br />Sincerely, <br />Michael A.
