as the operator of the Greeley Pit (M-1977-151)
during the 1980 to 1981 pettod, hereby affirm that the 8.8 acres of excavated
area Identified on the attached aerial photograph were filled with groundwater
as of December 31, 1980. The excavated area was not filled with groundwater
in June 1980 (when the aerial photo was taken) because it was being
dewatered at the time.
