Transit losses will be assessed on these leases <br />as appropriate. These deliveries will also be reduced by multiplying them by the percentage of <br />the month during which a valid senior 'call was active in order to avoid overstating the <br />replacement amount. It is expected that these replacements will. be sufficient to. augment the <br />Greeley-Pit during the plan period. <br />SU 04ARY : : . <br />R.M. Hiner Construction Co., Inc. is requesting to replace depletions occurring at the Greeley <br />Pit-through this substitute water supply plan- renewal filed pursuant to C.R.S. §37-90-137(11). <br />The requested approval. period is'for May 2010 through March 2011. The total augmentation <br />requirement during plan period. is estimated to be 71.12 acre-feet. Replacement sources will <br />come from a 61:7 acre-feet lease of: augmentation water from the Graham Ditch Company and an <br />11.5 acre-feet lease of augmentation water from the - "Platte River Power Authority. Total <br />replacement credits available from these sources during the plan. period are . estimated to equal - <br />73.2 acre-feat. <br />This completes the substitute water supply plan renewal application for the Greeley Pit.
