August 17, 2010 C-1981-022/Elk Creek Mine MPB <br />Surface disturbance boundary markers were noted along the Elk Creek drainage and above the new Elk Creek <br />methane drainage facility, at the reclaimed Somerset Mine portals (shown in Photograph No. 1), the Hubbard <br />Creek Fansite, and at the II-West refuse pile. <br />The AVS annual compliance inspection was done during this inspection.
