The operator will clarify the narrative that was submitted initially in <br />the original technical revision. Please see the following answers to your concerns: <br />1) The operator is committed to maintaining the maximum lineal feet of the high wall to the <br />current 1,570 feet with a maximum height of 25 feet. <br />2) The operator commits to eliminate the phase mining, and is committed to a maximum <br />affected area of 25 acres. The operator will keep the affected limited to 25 acres or less <br />for bonding purposes. The operator will reduce high walls and reclaim areas of affected <br />lands to stay with in these limits. <br />The operator does not want to post a warranty for the entire amount of acres to be affected for <br />the life of the mine. The narrative was not clear on this detail of the technical revision.
