The <br />revision was called complete on August 26, 2010. Seneca Coal Company is requesting Phase I Bond <br />release for 414.0 acres, in the South part of the permit area and some of the other areas excluded from the <br />SL-2 approval. <br />In accordance with Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, the Division will be conducting an inspection of the Seneca II-W <br />Mine on Tuesday September 21, 2010, at 8:00 AM. The purpose of the inspection will be to evaluate <br />reclamation at the site.
