8. Biological control will be used on some species if a method exists that is proven <br />• to work effectively. The economics of biological control will be considered when <br />making the decision to use this method. <br />9. All disturbed areas will be seeded with an approved competitive seed mix. <br />MONITORING AND REPORTING <br />1. Each spring prior to control application the land manager at Seneca will survey <br />and map as accurately as possible all weed infestations. <br />2. The map will be a permanent record available for inspection by the county weed <br />coordinator and any interested party. <br />3. Weed control activities will be reported each year for each mine permit to the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology via the Annual Reclamation Report. <br />These documents will also be available for public inspection. <br />4. An evaluation of the effectiveness of the weed control effort will be included in <br />the annual reports. <br />5.
