The release of performance bonds is divided into three <br /> distinct phases. This memo will discuss each one. <br /> Part I of this memo addresses the general requirements for all bond release <br /> applications and bond release inspections. Parts II, III and IV address the <br /> criteria for release, specific information needed in the release application <br /> and what will be evaluated during the bond release inspection for Phases I, II <br /> and III. <br /> I.
