Ralston Reservoir provides a direct, piped feed to Denver
Water's Moffat Water Treatment Plant, and is one of the primary sources of water for
Denver Water and its 1.3 million customers. Ralston Reservoir is also the location from
which Denver Water makes raw-water deliveries to the City of Arvada and to the North
Table Mountain Water and Sanitation District. Ralston Creek is also the source of water
used for irrigation with diversions occurring at the headgate of the Long Lake Feeder Ditch
and with deliveries through Upper and Lower Long Lakes and terminating in Vern Lake at
the City of Arvada's Long Lake Ranch Park.
CONSERVE
