NOTICE OF INTENT TO PROSPECT APPLICATION
August 19, 2010

AGC RESOURCES, LLC
Front Range Gold Project - Boulder County, Colorado
The following "Supplemental Information" is to be considered a part of and appended to AGC
Resources, LLC's (AGC) initial "Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Activities" filed at the
Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS) offices on August 3, 2010.
1) Drilling sequence and determination of bonding requirements
AGC is projecting total core drilling during this exploration program to approximate 5,000
linear feet. However, AGC will complete and leave open no more than four (4) holes or a
maximum of 2,000 linear feet at any given time. Said borings will be abandoned in
accordance with Rule 5.4 to include tremmie placement of a full column (i.e., full hole depth)
of bentonitic gel (e.g., "Sure-Tight", "Abandonite", or equivalent) up to a point ten (10) feet
below the collar of the hole. The uppermost ten (10) feet will be filled by tremmie placement
with a "neat cement" plug extending to surface. Each abandonment action for the (up to)
four (4) holes and/or composite total of 2,000 linear feet will be accomplished and
photographic record obtained prior to commencing additional boreholes or boring activities
at a new pad location.
AGC understands that the $2,000 per acre (surface disturbance) bond specification is
considered obsolete and subject to revision by DRMS, and that the ultimate bond required
will be developed by DRMS on the basis of site-specific conditions and requirements.
AGC herein commits to immediate/timely provision of incremental bond requirements upon
notification from DRMS as to the deficiency amount, to be calculated on the basis of (i)
linear feet of hole abandonment for a maximum 2,000 feet of coring; (ii) drill pad restoration
and reclamation requirements for a maximum of three (3) drill pad locations of approximately
20-ft. x 20-ft. dimensions; and, (iii) new roadway area restoration and reclamation
requirements for an estimated 150-ft. long x 12-ft. wide roadway extension segment from
existing two-track to Pad 1.
AGC has previously submitted $2,000 financial warranty which is to be credited against the
new DRMS determined financial warranty requirement.
2) Confidential information
AGC has no problem with informational release to the public as pertaining to the maximum
total number of holes to be drilled. AGC does, however, consider hole location/coordinates,
orientation, and depth to constitute confidential information and specifically requests that
such information continue to remain within the realm of confidentiality.
