Plheda <br />Director <br />In a fax sent to the Division's Denver office on the 6 th of August and in a voice message left for <br />Mr. David Berry on the 16 of August, Ms. Turner has expressed frustration with not having <br />been provided personal copies of the Division's first two adequacy review letters. <br />Transmitted with this letter are copies of the Division's Preliminary Adequacy Review (dated 22 <br />January 2010) and the Supplemental Adequacy Review (dated 6 April 2010). <br />Copies of each of these documents have been previously provided to, and should still be <br />available at, the Montrose County Nucla Annex, for public viewing. <br />Regards, <br />Marcia L.
