As you may know, the irrigation ditch is required to supply water from the <br />adjacent Wild Life Refuse area to water users down stream from the Kerr Loadout site. <br />The pre-existence of the irrigation ditch is stated at the inception of the Permit Document <br />in Section 779.16(a), "Tipple Area". Also, the irrigation ditch has been shown on maps <br />(Map 2) and included with the sequential Annual Hydrology Reports and Annual <br />Reclamation Reports. <br />Given that the correction is only to the map illustration and does not change the <br />intended land use, the narrative and related text in the permit document remains <br />unchanged.
