Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) has reviewed and found the <br />above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />were received by the Division on July 30, 2010. The reports cover the time period from April 1, 2010 <br />through June 30, 2010. <br />Six NPDES outfalls discharged during the second quarter of 2010. Outfalls 001, 002, 011, and 021 <br />discharged throughout the quarter. Outfalls 017 and 020 discharged in response to snow melt events in <br />early spring of 2010. <br />When exceedences of primary effluent limitations occurred during the quarter, the alternate limitation <br />for settleable solids was met. <br />Outfall 011 was sampled for WET analyses during the quarter.
