PLATTE RIVER <br />POWER AUTHORITY <br />Fstns Dark • Folt Collins • Longmont • Loveland <br />August 11, 2010 <br />Peter Wayland <br />Weiland, Inc <br />PO Box 18087 <br />Boulder, CO 80308 <br />RE: Gardels Pit <br />Larimer County Colorado <br />Dear Mr. Wayland: <br />Pond #2 shown on the Figure 1 As-Built Grading drawing differs more significantly in Platte <br />River's opinion from that proposed and approved back in June of 2005. <br />However, since Pond #2 is already there and encroaches into the Platte River easement, it is <br />understood that Platte River will do what they have to do to perform maintenance or repair on <br />the line in that area where the pond slopes may be too steep to set up maintenance vehicles such <br />as bucket trucks and cranes.
