We appreciate the willingness of DRMS to help guide us toward achieving a <br />successful amendment to the Ruby Trust permit. We wish to emphasize the need for 'timeliness' on this <br />process as our entire mining staff is 'on-hold' and without work until this amendment is secured. <br />To ease your review, each issue identified in your letter is summarized (with reference to original <br />location within your letter) below. The attachments to this letter provide the supplemental materials <br />requested for each issue. <br />We've also pursued the necessary Ouray County building permit as requested within the packet of <br />information contained within your letter. We are currently having the plans reviewed by an engineer for <br />the necessary 'stamp' as part of the planning department requirements. <br />All appropriate copies and postings for these responses were provided to the Ouray County Clerk, Ouray <br />County Board of County Commissioners, the Shavano Conservation District. Receipts for mailings are <br />also provided.
