Date: August 16, 2010
To: File no. C-1981-008
From: David Berry
Re: Transcript of voice mail recording received by David Berry at 303-866-3567 extension 8106
Message received: August 16, 2010 at 1:49 p.m. from JoEllen Turner
Hi Mr. Berry, this is JoEllen Turner. In all these permit revision no. 6 adequacy things that we are
reading right now, Sandy used the term flood irrigate on everything. We haven't flood irrigated for
thirty-nine years, and I've tried to explain this a dozen times, we've used gated pipe and that's what's in
the, in the permit reclamation plan is gated pipe and side rolls. We cannot grow corn under a side rolls,
you guys are all having us take less than what we had again, and flood irrigating is not anything like
gated pipe and everything she has put, even saying NRCS said that we was going to flood irrigate. We
are not flood irrigating and all that terminology needs to be changed. We're not flood irrigating and
haven't flood irrigated for that long. So anyway we are trying to go through stuff as we can, but you
know we got a lot of information here and we still haven't got copies of the first two adequacies reports,
so we don't, when things say that it's resolved we don't know what's resolved because we don't have
that paper work. Okay, Thank You.
