I have reviewed Western Fuels - Colorado's (WFC's) 4 th response to our adequacy review cormments
for PR -6. WFC has now adequately addressed all of my comments.
22 -29. Items resolved.
84. Item Resolved. WFC did a nice job of updating the PHC text regarding the fonner and
predicted spoil springs. The text matches the depiction of the spoil springs on Map 2.04.7 -
1 -A.
