Notice of Violation/Cease and Desist Order, Number I0- <br />100601-1 (the "NOV/CDO"), that was issued to Cotter on June 1, 2010, or, alternatively, provide <br />an extension of the deadline imposed by the paragraph. <br />The Division is continuing to evaluate the circumstances and available information, including <br />Cotter's rationale for forgoing mine pool dewatering and treatment, and has not yet made a final <br />determination.
