Cotter shall report the results of the monitoring to the Division on the attached discharge <br />monitoring report form by August 28, 2010. The data shall be reported consistent with the <br />averaging period of each limit, and as indicated on the discharge monitoring report form. <br />4. Cotter's authorization to discharge from the temporary 50 gpm water treatment system shall <br />expire at midnight, August 1, 2010. <br />5. As outlined in paragraph 27 of the NOV/CDO, Cotter's submitted plan and time schedule, <br />including the alternate and additional terms and conditions outlined in this letter, constitute an <br />enforceable condition of the NOV/CDO. <br />6. The authorization to discharge and approval of the submitted plan and time schedule do not <br />relieve Cotter from complying with all other applicable Federal, State, and/or local flaws in the <br />implementation of its interim measures at the Schwartzwalder Mine.
