The "ORDER" states in part <br />the following: <br />"The Board imposes against the Operator the following corrective action: the Operator <br />shall submit a Technical Revision to its mining and reclamation plan to modify the permit <br />to incorporate the disturbed area. The technical Revision shall be submitted by October <br />14, 2010 with all the materials in an approvable form by December 16, 2010." <br />The Operator has prepared a new map depicting the permit boundary that will encompass <br />all of the disturbed area noted by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety in there <br />inspection report. This was done using the observations that you provided in your report <br />and the other data that you thoughtfully provided. Enclosed please find the new map for <br />your permit file.
