3.0 Surety for Decommissioning and Disposal <br />This section provides surety estimates for all activities, facilities and materials covered under this <br />license. Cotter will post an approved surety amount in accordance with CDPHE requirements. <br />3.1 Surety for water treatment facilities. related equipment, and associated radioactive materials <br />Table 2 presents itemized cost estimates for decommissioning of the water treatment system and <br />disposal of up to the equivalent of 11 vessel volumes worth of spent water treatment media <br />(representing tI-ie 4-vessel water treatment system array, plus seven stage l vessel quantities of <br />stored spent media).
