This letter will explain my
concerns.
The first issue that I have is that they drilled a water sampling well on my property.
I was told that they were going to put it there but it was my understanding that it
would all be below the surface level. There was a well casing sticking above the
ground about 3' with woven wire around the casing and rocks which created
problems with the livestock and not being able to harrow the field. Since I have
spoke to you on the phone they have removed the well casing and the woven wire
and the rocks from that site.
The second issue is the dust problem. I feel that they have not adequately been
controlling the dust that is created by their daily operations. My property borders
their gravel pit and my house is a V4 mile due east of the gravel pit. I am an elderly
person and have had allergy and breathing problems since this gravel pit has gone
in to operation.
I would appreciate you looking into these issues for me and see if they can be
resolved.
Thank you,
Eu a Voloshin
