I will schedule a meeting with <br />the Operator, in the near future, to inspect the work they have done at you property and to <br />ensure that it is to your satisfaction. I will inform you of this meeting time when it is <br />scheduled, and hope that you will be available to meet with us. <br />Regarding the problem with dust control at the site, this issue does not fall under the <br />jurisdiction of DRMS. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Air <br />Pollution Control Division will better be able to assist you in this matter. I have contacted Hugh <br />Davidson, with CDPHE, and informed him of your complaint submitted to DRMS.
