Pineda <br />Director <br />We have completed a review of the Munger Canyon Mine permit, as required by Rule 2.08.3(1). <br />Division staff reviewed the currently approved permit application package, previous "Proposed <br />Decision and Findings of Compliance" documents, permit stipulations, revisions to the permit, <br />variances and approvals, and inspection and monitoring reports. The enclosed document is a surmnaiy <br />of the Division's findings as a result of this review. <br />Please note that we have completed an updated reclamation cost estimate and have included it for your <br />review.
