The reclamation plan specified that the site will be reclaimed to wildlife habitat and rangeland. <br />The Division recommends the operator revise the seed mix to provide a greater variety or <br />diversity of grass species. An example is listed below. The applicant has specified in the Mine Plan that the maximum disturbance to be expected at <br />any one time will be 100,000 cubic yards or 8.03 acres. Therefore, the reclamation cost will be <br />based on a disturbance of 8.03 acres, 6500 cubic yards of overburden to be backfilled and graded, <br />and 6500 cubic yards of topsoil to replace. Attached is a copy of the Division's calculated <br />reclamation cost of $10,800. Please respond. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S - Permanent Man-Made Structures <br />6. Please clarify if there are any permanent man-made structures within two hundred (200) feet <br />within the area to be excavated. If so, you will need to state whether your proposed mining <br />operation will adversely affect the stability of any such structure. If yes, you will need to <br />demonstrate how you will comply with the requirements of Rule 6.4.19.
