The truck scale and scale house/office <br />trailer is in place as shown. <br />(2) No reclamation could be done in the past year since mining has recently reached <br />the approximate maximum disturbance of 30 acres. Any future additional <br />disturbance must be accompanied by an equal amount of land reclaimed. <br />(3) Cattle Guards have been installed at the base of the access road to reduce vehicle <br />tracking onto Coffee Pot Road. A sediment sump has been installed at the base of <br />the access road to collect stormwater. <br />(4) For the upcoming year, crushing. There will be no new disturbances for the Year <br />2010-2011. Next year will involve mining in the eastern portion of the existing <br />disturbance area to a maximum depth of 40 feet, which is the allowed depth of the <br />permit. Two poles of the above ground power line will be moved to allow full <br />access in the mining area. B&B is currently working this out with the power <br />company. No new topsoil stripping will take place in the upcoming year and no <br />new disturbance is planned.
