Dumb and Dumber Trucking LLC <br />Brian Barton <br />6.3.4 Exhibit D Reclamation Plan <br />(1) The pit will be reclaimed in sections. We will push overburden back in <br />a hole, on the west end of pit. That is dug out from north to south. Then <br />overburden will be pushed in hole from top, from east to west. We will open a <br />new spot to dig. Then repeat the process until the ten acres are mined. All <br />slopes will be brought to a three to one slope. <br />(A) The overburden will be started to be pushed in a point of 1 year then <br />moved to a 3 to 1 slope as we go. <br />(B) No <br />(C) All the site will be grassed in on the soil. <br />(I) Site will be reseeded in stages as mined with 6" of soil, <br />(11) Site will be seeded when acres is mined. Seed will be planted with grass <br />drill and raked. <br />(111) We will plant a brom grass mix. We will put on 6 lbs an acre. <br />(1V) Planted with disk drill and raked in. <br />(111) A forb grass or brown grass will be planted at 6 lbs an acre. <br />(1V) Planted with disk drill and raked in. <br />(V) NA <br />(VI) NA <br />(D) NA <br />(E) NA <br />(2) $ 44,000
