We have <br />concluded two compliance inspections and have found that five project sites were never <br />disturbed (P-5, 6, 7, 9, and 10) and have been released by both the BLM and CDRMS, and that <br />the other five sites (P-1, 2, 3, 4, 8) have been reclaimed to both BLM and CDRMS standards and <br />the reclamation bond has been released. <br />Per the 43 CFR 3809 federal regulations regarding surface disturbing minerals activities on <br />public lands, please notify this office well in advance if you wish to conduct future exploration <br />activities on BLM managed lands. <br />Please call BLM Geologist Robert Ernst at (970) 240-5305 if you have questions.
