BEFORE THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />Notice of Violation No: MV-2010-020 <br />ORDER APPROVING JOINT STIPULATION <br />IN THE MATTER OF WILDCAT MINING CORPORATION, MAY DAY MINE, <br />PERMIT No. M-1981-185; IDAHO MILL, File No. M-2006-069; and IDAHO MINE, File <br />No. M-2010-003 <br /> <br />THIS MATTER came before the Mined Land Reclamation Board ("Board") on July <br />12, 2010 in Denver, Colorado. Christopher Neumann, Esq., Penfield Tate Esq., and Mike <br />Clements appeared on behalf of Wildcat Mining (the "Operator"). Loretta Pineda, David <br />Berry, First Assistant Attorney General Cheryl Linden, and Assistant Attorney General Jeff <br />Fugate appeared on behalf of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety ("Division"). <br />The Board, having considered the parties' Joint Stipulation to Address All Pending <br />Regulatory Actions ("Joint Stipulation"), enters the following: <br />1. The Board has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to §§ 34-32-104 through 107, <br />118, and 124 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, § 34-32-101 et seq. C.R.S. <br />(2009). <br />2. On July 8, 2010, in advance of the July 12 Board meeting, the parties submitted the <br />Joint Stipulation to the Board for consideration. <br />3. At the July 12, 2010 hearing, the Board approved the Joint Stipulation.
