PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice Is hereby liven of the filing of a
Technical Revision 81 to the Colowyo
Coal Mine, Mining Permit No.
C-81-019, by the Colouyo Coal Com-
pany L.P., 5731 State F6ghway 13,
Meeker, CO. 81641, with the Colorado
Division Reclamation Mining and
Safety, Colorado Department of Natu-
ral Resources, 1313 Sherman Street,
Room 215, Denver,.Colorado 60203.
This change updates Colowyo's first
TR-81 public notice to reflect additional
changes to the scope of the original
project, specifically, changes to the
post-mining topography, South Taylor
mine plan, and the South Taylor fills.
All of the areas to be affected by this
Technical Revision are owned by
Colowyo Coal Company L.P., the State
of Colorado and the Bureau of Land
Management and are located approxl-
mately 28 mites south of Craig, Colo-
rado, west of Colorado State Hghway
13 and east of Moffat County Road 51.
The affected area can be located on
U.S. Geological Survey 7.5-minute
quadrangle map Nos.
N4015-W10745/7.5 (Axial, Colorado)
and N4007.5-W10745/7.5 (Nnemile
Gap, Colorado) and is more particularly
described as follows:
All or portions of Sections 2-5, 7-11,
14-22, and 28-30 of Township 3 North,
Range 93 West and all or portions of
Sections 13, 15, 16, 21-24, 26-28, and
32-34 of Township 4 North, Range 93
West of the 6th P.M., Moffat County
and Rio Blanco County, Colorado.

Boundary can be found In Volume 2A,
Exhibit 1, Item 12 of the permit docu-
ment and Is included herein by refer-
ence.
A cop/ of the application for the Tech-
nical Revision Is on file at the Moffat
County Clerk and Recorder's' Office In
the Moffat County Courthouse located
at 221 West Victory Way, Craig, Colo-
rado, 81625. Questions concerning

Any person having an Interest concern-
ing this Technical Revision has the
right to provide written comments or
objections concerning this Technical
Revision to the Colorado Division Rec-
lamation Mining and Safety at the ad-
dress noted above. Comments to the
Division must be made within 10 days
after the publication of this notice.
