Date: August 4, 2010
To: File no. C-1981-008
From: David Berry
Re: Transcript of voice mail recording received by David Berry at 303-866-3567 extension 8106
Message received: August 2, 2010 at 8:26 a.m. from JoEllen Turner
Hi Mr. Berry, this is JoEllen Turner again, it's August now and I hoping you could come this way, that last
report we got from Sandy set us back about 3 months, because she put in there that NRCS
recommended 48 inches, that's not a true statement. NRCS recommends 48 inches minimum. NRCS
also does not know your rules and regulations and they shouldn't be expected to. And so the plan that
Marcia Talvitie prepared and all of this, everybody's been working on, Sandy just set us back 3 months in
progress and in maybe trying get things straightened out here and everything else and plus all the other
stuff she put in there also set us back, so, I guess if you can't come this way please let me know because
I'm headed to Denver. Okay, Thank You.
