Mr. MacDonald reported that the rain from the previous afternoon resulted in a measurement of 0.14
inches. Sediment Pond #2 contained no water from recent precipitation. The Dugout Pond and Pit B were also
dry.
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE:
PDC oil and gas company has indicated to CEC the location of a proposed drill pad in the vicinity of
parcel 21. PDC has not provided CEC with all necessary paperwork for CEC to submit a Technical Revision
related to this construction.
Mr. MacDonald indicated that CEC had dumped four loads of ash into the lower lift of B Pit and one more would
be dumped later in the day. CEC will continue to place ash on the lower lift until they reach the northern extent of
the B pit. No problems were observed with the pit or the ash disposal area.
