Checklist is provided below. <br />FISH and WILDLIFE - Rule 4.18: <br />Several deer were observed on site. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 El ?Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, <br />4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water <br />Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Drainage - Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; <br />Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Mr. MacDonald reported that the rain from the previous afternoon resulted in a measurement of 0.14 <br />inches. Sediment Pond #2 contained no water from recent precipitation. The Dugout Pond and Pit B were also <br />dry. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />PDC oil and gas company has indicated to CEC the location of a proposed drill pad in the vicinity of <br />parcel 21. PDC has not provided CEC with all necessary paperwork for CEC to submit a Technical Revision <br />related to this construction. <br />Mr. MacDonald indicated that CEC had dumped four loads of ash into the lower lift of B Pit and one more would <br />be dumped later in the day. CEC will continue to place ash on the lower lift until they reach the northern extent of <br />the B pit. No problems were observed with the pit or the ash disposal area. <br />ROADS - Rule 4.03 ? ?
