July 19, 2010 C-1981-019/Colowyo Coal Mine JRS <br />needed. <br />- The main office, shop and yard area was stable and in good condition at the time of the inspection. <br />TOPSOIL - Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />- Colowyo has started to replace topsoil on the 2010 West Pit reclamation block. Included in this block is the 35.6 <br />acres that were regraded in 2007 and the 4.4 acres that were regraded in 2009 (neither of which were ever <br />topsoiled or seeded). Colowyo will be implementing their new variable topsoil replacement plan in this area, as <br />approved in Technical Revision 82.
