Storage-lock must be <br /> located onsite and remain onsite until <br /> motorized access is secured with <br /> USFS. <br />-Drums of petroleum in Remove empty drums and dispose in Approved--inform Division when work <br />secondary containment accordance with applicable regulations. will commence and when work is <br /> Drums containing petroleum products completed. Drums must remain on- <br /> place in secondary containment site until Wildcat secures motorized <br /> structures site access from USFS. <br />-Stained soil removal Remove stained soils and dispose in an Approved-inform Division when work <br /> approved landfill will commence and when work is <br /> completed. Materials must remain on- <br /> site until Wildcat secures motorized <br /> site access from USFS. <br />-Trash removal Remove and dispose trash offsite- Approved--inform Division when work <br /> materials to be used or recycled will be will commence and when work is <br /> moved to a designated bone yard as completed. Materials must remain un- <br /> approved by DRMS site until Wildcat secures motorized <br /> site access from USFS. <br />-Stockpile ore relocated per Consolidate ore that are randomly Not Approved at this time-- The <br />CDPHE located within the May Day and Idaho Division has only authorized use of the <br /> historical affected lands and move off unpermitted Idaho road for limited <br /> site or consolidate in an area that can be foot traffic related to pre-application <br /> prepared for seeding. All stockpiles to be field verification and sampling. If <br /> consolidated will be coordinated and Wildcat is able to secure site access <br /> approved by DRMS from the USFS, the Division will re- <br /> determine if this activity is <br /> permissible. At this time, Wildcat may <br /> conduct hand work to consolidate and <br /> isolate the ore piles and cover them <br /> with secured tarps. <br />Housekeeping Page 1 ofd
