We thought the meeting was successful and has helped to clarify a number BRUSSELS-
of issues. CHICAGO
DALLAS

As we discussed at the meeting, we are providing more detail to Wildcat's request DELAWARE

for authorization to use, on a limited basis, the Wildcat access road for the limited DENVER
FORT LAUDERDALE
purpose of collecting baseline data to satisfy the requirements of Rules 6.4 and 6.5 of the HOUSTON
Mineral Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard LAS VEGAS
Rock, Metal and Designated Mining Operations in connection with the 112 permit LONDON.
application contemplated by the Joint Stipulation. We are requesting use of the Wildcat LOS ANGELES
access road in order to expedite collection of pertinent data required for Wildcat to meet MIAMI
its commitment to submit the 112 permit in a timely fashion, and provide a favorable MILAN--
update to the MLRB on August 11. As we shared with you, our plan and hope is that this NEW JERSEY
access is only on a short term basis with the expectation that we will be able to reach an NEW YORK
agreement with the United States Forest Service on the use of its road for future short ORANGE COUNTY
term access to the site. ORLANDO
PALM BEACH
We have provided a summary of proposed activities in the accompanying table COUNTY
necessary to support our 112 permit application, referenced to the applicable regulation. PHILADELPHIA
Wildcat will require the use of a 4WD pickup truck and an ATV in order to mobilize a PHOENIX

field team and transport sampling equipment to accomplish the groundwater sampling at ROME--

the locations identified in the table. Additionally, as part of the groundwater work, an SACRAMENTO
SAN FRANCISCO
excavator would be required to muck out the May Day No. 1 Portal. In the alternative to SHANGHAI
the Wildcat access road, if Mr. Erickson is available to accompany our crews, we believe SILICON VALLEY
that we can use his access to the Forest Service road to facilitate any necessary site visits. TALLAHASSEE
Vehicles will otherwise remain on pre-existing roads at all times. Sampling fieldwork is TAMPA
estimated to take 5-7 working days to complete.
