KZei2ffW*On, <br />7;_o Ktning and 59" <br />Attached please find a letter to Mr. Paul Perri, P.E., Design Review Engineer, OSE outlining Climax's <br />plan for removal of lime sediments an ensure am safety through the construction effort. Climax has <br />surveyed and staked the toe and 50-foot projections out to 300 feet from the toe as shown on the <br />attached drawing. <br />Climax will notify both the DRMS and the OSE when the sediment removal operations are within 300 <br />feet of the toe to allow time to schedule a site visit and project review prior to the removal efforts <br />approaching the 200-foot limit.
