Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division received your request for an extension of the corrective actions required from the June 2, <br /> 2010 inspe ction. The following corrective actions r emain to be addressed: <br />PB RS The affected land acreage is A.) The Operator will need to submit November 3, <br /> greater than what is currently a Technical Revision to change the 2010 <br />1.) approved. This is a problem at current approved reclamation plan (Extended) <br /> this time for failure to perform the to increase the maximum affected <br /> reclamation prescribed by the land to 37.6 acres or more. <br /> reclamation plan pursuant to <br /> C.R.S. 34-32.5-116 (1) OR <br /> B.) Conduct final reclamation on <br /> portions of the affected land to <br /> decrease thte-amount of acreage <br /> disturbed.
